Cosplay Feature: SpookyMoogs Bikini Sonic!

Photo by Togith Photography It's the day after Christmas, winter has started and I'm ending the year with a bikini cosplay? No wait that sounds about right for me! I came across SpookyMoogs awhile ago when it came to searching for new people to share and her bikini take on the world's fastest hedgehog caught my eye, For starters, I love the wig choice being your standard fare with the long portions on the sides plus the cute little ears on the top. There's one shot you'll see later that really shows off the length of the wig extending out from the back. The ears are super small in their size & length. Best bet is she may have utilized the headband trick for having them stay in place. Then you get to the bikini portion itself which looks to be a mixture of 2 pieces. Cosplay Feature: Geeks Guild's Shiny Umbreon!


I'm beyond happy to share with you guys one of the coolest and sweetest cosplayers I've met online. Meet CJ, or as she goes by her page name of Geeks Guild Entertainment! The name might be familiar to you since she's also the lovely lady I'm working with over at the MKAU site. Ever since the offer was made from her, I wanted to do so many things to repay her, and this is one of them <3. CJ recently did a shoot with Senergy Photography, the cosplay being her own take on Shiny Umbreon! So we've got a Pokemon gijinka and plus it's an Eeveelution! Pretty much one of my all time favorite cosplays to see. How does the outfit look in terms of layout and such? Well, CJ is seen wearing a black one piece suit, it looks to be made a latex like material. That becomes the theme with the rest of the cosplay!

For her legs and sleeves, CJ has them covered to a pretty high height. Umbreon's signature hoops and lines are placed throughout the cosplay. Though the color is of a dark blue since this is the Dark-type's shiny form. CJ also has some stellar make up, the lipstick is one of my favorites here. On the cap is the same hoop though done in a different material. Coming off the cap end are Umbreon's signature ears. The photos make it a bit hard to determine what material was used.

CJ looks to be having an absolute blast in this photoshoot. Lots of fog is seen here as are various angles. Blue and black seem to be strong here. Along with a strong sense of white as you can see in the photo on the right. This was no doubt used in order to give bright contrast so the pictures don't look dull. I got really excited when these were released and I hope you all do as well! <3
