Cosplay Feature: Wumbo's Monoco!

Photo by David Ngo Happy February! I hope you had an amazing start to your new year and that you're excited to learn about the amazing cosplays that are out there for 2026. The cosplay community usually dubs the one-two punch of MAGFest & Katsucon as the kickoff for the convention season. I spent the last month or so gathering cosplays that as of today's date, all stem from the former! I also am insanely excited that many of these I'm about to share are first time write-ups for the creators themselves. Today, you get a look at Wumbo's masterful recreation of known feet lover Monoco from 2025's Game of the Year, Expedition 33! In looking at some of the photo posts on her instagram, she made all of this by herself so I don't have to worry about adding in extra creators who may have assisted with design files etc. Quick backstory, Monoco is the last party member you add to your team who's a longtime friend of Verso and gained a grasp on the English language...

Cosplay Feature: Riki LeCotey's Nami from One Piece!

It's the middle of summer so I thought why not spice things up with well...a summer cosplay! Today I've got the lovely Riki LeCotey (known online as Riddle's Messy Wardrobe) and her Nami cosplay from the hit anime One Piece! This version is unlike the standard low cut top/sometimes bikini and shorts that the character wears in the show. Instead it actually looks a lot more like the main character Monkey D. Luffy. Based from the MUGIWARA figure of Nami, Riki looks to be incredibly comfortable in this cosplay. Jean booty shorts, a small red vest and an orange wig. To top everything off, Riki has the infamous pirate hat that Luffy wears while out to sea.

Despite the outfit being simple, it's the photos and how Riki looks that make me love this cosplay. All the pictures were taken at what looks like to be near a pool. She's also casually laying either across a lounge chair, or giving a playful smile either up close like on the left, or while enjoying a drink as you'll see below. The colors really mesh well together and it definitely gives off that summer vibe. Nami's signature tattoo on her upper arm is also seen in this cosplay.

Riki absolutely nailed this cosplay and the look suits her well. These pictures would make absolutely beautiful prints just saying :D. I hope you guys enjoy the other picture I've got to share! Apologies if this seemed like a short feature today, I just had to talk about this when I saw the photos!
