Cosplay Feature: Seviria Cosplay's Suicune!

Photo by Saffels Photography So when I first saw shots of Seviria Cosplay's take on Suicune, it was pretty much an automatic YES for me to write up about it at some point. Despite the searching I went through on Instagram, I wasn't able to get a ton of shots to share with you guys. That being said, the two I did fine give off a wonderful look at the cosplay as a whole. For some backstory, Seviria took on a design done by artist Villiamboom who drew up the legendary dog Pokemon as a humanoid. In her words, Sev raced to finish this in time for Anime Expo this past summer. Suffice to say, the end result is truly amazing. Suicune happens to be my favorite out of the trio of dogs so it's not a huge surprise that I resonated so much with this cosplay. Starting off at the top, you have the iconic headpiece that's a defining characteristic for Suicune being front and center. Cosplay Feature: Gemgem Cosplay's Sylveon!

Must feature...ALL THE AUSTRALIAN PEOPLES :D. Here I have the ever so lovely Gemgem Cosplay in her Sylveon gijinka from Pokemon! Gem is based in the same area as fellow cosplayer Kayla Erin and both of these girls are pretty much inseparable. To the point where I've officially dubbed them as one of my OTP's <3. I had originally thought that Gem's Sylveon was done to be a part of the Eeveelution Bikini group that Kayla had taken a part of in this past Supanova Expo over in Gold Coast. It doesn't seem like it since the group had another Sylveon BUT that doesn't mean that Gem's gijinka was any good. Quite the contrary, she looks absolutely adorable and I feel that it fits her personality very well. The cosplay itself consists of mainly a white dress with pink lace/frills outlining the bottom areas.

Along the dress are cute little straps with a pink circle to connect the skirt to the dress. There's also the bow that Gem has placed center on her chest which matches in terms of Sylveon's colors. Those of course being pink and light blue. Matching the bow is a semi bow (that's what it looks like to me) for her hair that's layered underneath one of the ears. The ears themselves are a pink outline with a blue inside part. For the wig, Gem has this beautiful long pink with that has ends extends on both sides of her head.

The poses Gem makes pretty much capture Sylveon's cute nature. From her smile (which I love) to how she positions her body both laying down and standing up. The scenery for these pictures are also gorgeous! I really hope you guys enjoy what I have to share with you from Gem herself :D.
