Cosplay Feature: Jess Blaze Cosplay's Lenne!

Shot by Savanyahs Who the HECK is Lenne?!? I always love seeing Jess Blaze Cosplay continue the Final Fantasy rabbit hole she's in with all the cosplays she's done from the franchise. Tackling the mysterious singer from X-2 alongside her friend Kam C Cosplay (as Yuna) felt like a natural next cosplay for her to create. This also wasn't Jess' first foray into the many dress-spheres that the sequel focused on. For the originator of the Songstress job class, there's a whole lot of blue here which you see immediately with the main top piece and arm sleeves. Starting from there, you have essentially a blue vest that has lighter blue frills along the edges. The dress also has differing lengths for each side. One giving off a midriff look whereas the other extends longer past the black skirt.

Cosplay Feature: Amie Lynn is a Raging Raven.

You have more than likely seen Arizona cosplayer Amie Lynn before, be it here or somewhere on the Internet. I haven't done a feature focused on a certain cosplay of hers so I figured why not change that. One of the franchises that holds a special place in Amie's heart is the Metal Gear Solid games which I would guess stems off of her love for Sony and the Playstation. This has led to her making various cosplays within the MGS universe from EVA, Female Raiden, Mei Ling and the outfit for today, Raging Raven from Metal Gear Solid 4!

The outfit at first seems simple with a great pattern design on the bodysuit. The real challenge/attention grabber here though is the wings attached on the back with pipes made to look like rockets as seen in the game. I couldn't find that many photos of just Amie so included are progress shots she posted on her page so you really get a sense of what in to making the wings. The wings are crafted with mod podge and Worbla to reinforce it and make it sturdy, all attached to Amie's back via a harness. I wonder how heavy the wings are actually, I'm guessing the base for them was some kind of fabric? I'm most likely wrong though XD. The rockets as stated before are made from cut pipes. I definitely love how she styled her hair here!

The setting for the photo shoot done is also really nice. It might be a safe bet to say that Amie has more MGS cosplays planned for the future and I'm excited to see them. Until then, enjoy these pictures guys! :)
