Cosplay Feature: Shir0gami's Meta Knight!

Photo by RandomBystanderHere As someone who both is a huge fan of Meta Knight as a character in addition to having cosplayed as him years ago, I am ALWAYS gonna shout about any other takes on the famed swordsman. Shir0gami is one such person and created an amazing gijinka of him for this past MAGFest (yep, still on that event!). It's funny how for Shiro, Kirby Air Ride was her first exposure to the character as noted in one of her pinned posts on Instagram. Starting off the cosplay, you have Meta Knight's imposing mask which is the form taken for this cosplay. Shiro has a face mask done perfectly for MK in both the design and grey coloring. The visor slit gives her the ability to see which hopefully she was while in movement. Man, it's hard for me to not compare it to mine years ago and how what I made is vastly inferior to this XD. Cosplay Feature: Nicole Marie Jean's Namor!


Next up on the second go around for today's Cosplay Feature is the ever so gorgeous Nicole Marie Jean! If it wasn't noted in the last time I featured her then I'll say it again, Nicole has a thing for gender bending all the dudes. Particularly the men of Marvel when it comes to comic books since that's her preferred company out of the 2 main ones. So up above and down below we have Namor the Sub Mariner! For this outfit Nicole utilized the ever popular material Worbla in crafting the shoulder pieces, belt and wrist cuffs. I assume that the shoulder pieces get uncomfortable after long periods of wearing them and she has stated that so major props to her for wearing this outfit.

Added in is the black wig, elfish ears and a fancy black vest with some exposure to the chest and stomach. High heels are also there. Nicole wears this outfit with class and definitely portrays Namor well. The outfit was debuted last Dragon*Con and has even led to her creating another Namor with a similar look later on title Phoenix Five Namor. I especially love the portrait photos taken of this outfit and she really does have a love for Namor alongside other Marvel heroes she's cosplayed as.
