Cosplay Feature: Jess Blaze Cosplay's Lenne!

Shot by Savanyahs Who the HECK is Lenne?!? I always love seeing Jess Blaze Cosplay continue the Final Fantasy rabbit hole she's in with all the cosplays she's done from the franchise. Tackling the mysterious singer from X-2 alongside her friend Kam C Cosplay (as Yuna) felt like a natural next cosplay for her to create. This also wasn't Jess' first foray into the many dress-spheres that the sequel focused on. For the originator of the Songstress job class, there's a whole lot of blue here which you see immediately with the main top piece and arm sleeves. Starting from there, you have essentially a blue vest that has lighter blue frills along the edges. The dress also has differing lengths for each side. One giving off a midriff look whereas the other extends longer past the black skirt.

One Morrigan cosplay just wasn't enough for my friend Casey. For Dragon*Con this year, she went and did one of the succubus' alternate outfit. The outfit consists of an alternating pattern of sorts between the colors of black and purple. With regards to if anything was re-used from her classic Morrigan, my best guess would be her wig and the wings shown on her head along with sprouting from the back. However as I'm looking at it, the back wings are much smaller and include white studs on the black rim. This was done so that Casey could have easy maneuvering throughout the con. Leather was the main fabric type she used for the majority of the outfit. Starting from her neck is a choker like harness that travels down.

Her chest piece travels down and separates along the bottom with an opening in her stomach/torso area. Belts can be shown connecting the pieces and it looks like the lower area is connected as well which makes me wonder if this whole body piece is like a leotard/one-piece of sorts. Leather was also used for Casey's arm straps which include full hand coverage leaving room for her full fingers to poke through! For Casey's legs, she has black heel boots and alternating colors. One leg has a fancy black knee high sock and the other is fully covered in a purple stocking which happens to have the bat patterns that Morrigan is known to have.

Casey also has a leather eye patch which is another significant difference in comparing Morrigan's outfits. She also is a pro when it comes to posing and I just love the pictures I have to share with you all. Not only is the editing superb with the colors in some, but Casey pulls off the innocent and seductive stares the character is known for. I'd absolutely love to see this cosplay in person one day <3. Enjoy everyone!

Please go check out Casey's amazing work over on her page Vanity Fox. I can't express enough how much love and support she's shown me since I started cosplaying. She really does deserve more attention for her detailing and accuracy in her cosplays. IT'S SO AWESOME! <3
