Cosplay Feature: Shir0gami's Meta Knight!

Photo by RandomBystanderHere As someone who both is a huge fan of Meta Knight as a character in addition to having cosplayed as him years ago, I am ALWAYS gonna shout about any other takes on the famed swordsman. Shir0gami is one such person and created an amazing gijinka of him for this past MAGFest (yep, still on that event!). It's funny how for Shiro, Kirby Air Ride was her first exposure to the character as noted in one of her pinned posts on Instagram. Starting off the cosplay, you have Meta Knight's imposing mask which is the form taken for this cosplay. Shiro has a face mask done perfectly for MK in both the design and grey coloring. The visor slit gives her the ability to see which hopefully she was while in movement. Man, it's hard for me to not compare it to mine years ago and how what I made is vastly inferior to this XD. Cosplay Feature: Angelica Dawn's Pin-Up Catwoman!

Today I wanted to (finally) show off another Arizona cosplayer who's also a member of the cosplay group "The XX Girls"! Angelica Dawn found her main love with the Assassin's Creed Franchise and still holds today having recently done another outfit for San Diego Comic Con from the franchise representing the upcoming entry AC: Unity! She also happens to be a huge comic book geek having an actual job working at a comic book shop which has to be a very fun and entertaining job (most of the time I hope). With that being said I got one of her comic book outfits being a pin up version of Catwoman from the Batman universe!

Multiple parts of this cosplay contribute to the pin-up look here. For starters, there are the black lacy stockings along with black gloves and her cowl/cap. The main bodysuit strongly gives off that corset like vibe which was definitely worn to capture that style. In all of Angelica's poses, the cap is loose on her head with goggles wrapped around it. Then of course she's acting very playful with the ball of yarn she used in some of the shots and it's both adorable and sexy which I imagine is what Angelica was going for. The heels are also a nice touch! The leggings she wears in one shot look to be leather or spandex as are her arm sleeves. They're then taken off in the remainder of the shots showing lots of skin which as I mentioned before, adds in the sexiness of Catwoman. I feel like Angelica had a lot of fun with the shoot as well as wearing this cosplay! I hope I get to meet her one day since so far I've managed to meet half of the XX Girls ^^.
