Struck First gives you a first look at a cosplay just as it's been debuted/had its first photoshoot. Cosplayers have been kind enough to let me have a first crack at analyzing the cosplay by providing me with brand new pictures.
Oh man when AllieCat Cosplay announced she was going to work on Camilla from Fire Emblem Fates, you probably know what my reaction to that was by now. It was finally debuted at Momocon a couple weeks ago and OH SNAP ARE THE PHOTOS GORGEOUS! I've shared plenty of Camilla cosplays on this blog so I feel you all have a general idea as to how the outfit looks. Alliecat stated that she only wore the cosplay for a few hours due to how bulky it was in addition to the warm weather happening that weekend. Many of the shots do a fabulous job showing off the main frontal breastplate. Black and gold are the main colors here with the latter color being in a variety of stripes making up a pattern. White triangles can be seen along the top edge of the plate as well.

After the chest piece is a small opening before you get into the fully covered legs and belt. Allie's hip armor is absolutely massive and full on gold like most of the cosplay. Connecting the two of them in the middle is a small piece of translucent cloth in a purple shade. A strip of white and gold can be seen at the top here. There looks to be black leggings with those straps continuing down at a diagonal slant. The leg armor parts are really impressive, again full on black with some gold lines. At the top, you can see a purple backdrop as well.
Armor can be seen covering her full shoes. All black in color too! For the arms, Allie has long purple sleeves that the gauntlets were then placed upon. These gauntlets have a layered look in black with an opening that reveals some of her purple sleeves. The shape and construction is just fabulous! A cape can be seen wrapped around her in a more royal shade of purple, The chest strap seen in all Camilla cosplays makes an appearance here. Connected to the cape which is even further connected up at the top.

I'm absolutely in LOVE with the purple wig she has for Camilla. Exactly the same style and shade seen in the game. There's also the small Nohrian crown and horns creeping out on top of her head. Of course Alliecat also had to construct Camilla's signature axe. According to Allie, the cosplay was sponsored by Cosplaysupplies, so I'm willing to bet foam and worbla played a part in materials. The axe has a blue portion in the hilt before going all grey and black. The carvings and etches in the blade itself are masterful and on point. Many of the shots have the wig positioned over one of her eyes "Jessica Rabbit" style and I'M FANGIRLING SO HARD OVER IT <3.
