Cosplay Feature: Shir0gami's Meta Knight!

Photo by RandomBystanderHere As someone who both is a huge fan of Meta Knight as a character in addition to having cosplayed as him years ago, I am ALWAYS gonna shout about any other takes on the famed swordsman. Shir0gami is one such person and created an amazing gijinka of him for this past MAGFest (yep, still on that event!). It's funny how for Shiro, Kirby Air Ride was her first exposure to the character as noted in one of her pinned posts on Instagram. Starting off the cosplay, you have Meta Knight's imposing mask which is the form taken for this cosplay. Shiro has a face mask done perfectly for MK in both the design and grey coloring. The visor slit gives her the ability to see which hopefully she was while in movement. Man, it's hard for me to not compare it to mine years ago and how what I made is vastly inferior to this XD. CosplayBytes April 2020 Recap


With COVID-19 drastically changing the convention season this month, most of us have been spending our days at home under quarantine. I tried to make the best of this situation by covering even more topics such as my long awaited episode about OnlyFans!

In this episode, I do my best in presenting the topic of Content Creation in cosplay and just in general for the digital age we live in today! Originally a panel idea for a 1-day digital con, this was something I wanted to present as I have a huge amount of experience being a content creator myself. I talk about the variety of platforms you can use to promote your work, fighting algorithms and just finding your own voice in what you create. I discuss various communities that exist for cosplayers, streamers and more! Hope you all enjoy this episode!
In a brand new episode, I'm joined by cosplayer and lewd model Krissy Victory for a lengthy discussion about OnlyFans and its rise as a platform for cosplayers and models alike! Learn about the pros and cons, cosplayers utilizing both this and Patreon as their source of income, and what the future holds for both websites! I also ask Krissy about her history with cosplay along with her general thoughts of being a POC in the community!

We talk about the Pokemon cosplays we've done ourselves as well as a look into what makes Mink choose both the Pokemon and overall design concept! As always, we go off topic PLUS talk about Animal Crossing since that's all the rage these days :)
