Cosplay Feature: Shir0gami's Meta Knight!

Photo by RandomBystanderHere As someone who both is a huge fan of Meta Knight as a character in addition to having cosplayed as him years ago, I am ALWAYS gonna shout about any other takes on the famed swordsman. Shir0gami is one such person and created an amazing gijinka of him for this past MAGFest (yep, still on that event!). It's funny how for Shiro, Kirby Air Ride was her first exposure to the character as noted in one of her pinned posts on Instagram. Starting off the cosplay, you have Meta Knight's imposing mask which is the form taken for this cosplay. Shiro has a face mask done perfectly for MK in both the design and grey coloring. The visor slit gives her the ability to see which hopefully she was while in movement. Man, it's hard for me to not compare it to mine years ago and how what I made is vastly inferior to this XD. Cosplay Feature: DeAnna Davis is a Badass Black Canary!

I seriously loved seeing DeAnna Davis/It's Raining Neon at this past PAX East. Her cosplay for Revolution 60 was so awesome. Not only that but the image above was what I used for the little drawing I did for her :D. She's been recently posting brand new photos from her photo shoot in the outfit and I absolutely love it so much that I just had to devote a whole feature to this outfit. Like majority of Black Canary cosplays, the outfit consists of a jacket and one-piece both with a leather feel. Fishnets are also incorporated and they definitely show off her legs!
 If it's one thing I love is the blonde wig and the way she places it over her eyes! It also makes her blue eyes pop! At least I'm hoping that's the color! The setting the photos are in with DeAnna leaning up against the building sets the perfect mood! I kinda hope there are more photos with her doing the famous Canary Scream pose. The lighting in the photos manage to allow you to make her out within the dark greys and blacks of the scenery! Sadly NYCC is looking like to be the next time when I see her again but I'm so happy that both she and you guys enjoyed the interview! Means so much to me that DeAnna would do that for me! Regardless, I hope you guys enjoy these photos!
