Cosplay Feature: Gray Oranges' Rikku!

Photo by David Ngo I won't ever shy away from writing about cosplays of Rikku's look from Final Fantasy X-2 and Gray Orange did a fantastic job portraying her in both the overall cosplay look PLUS the pose work. Of course I'll get to all that in due time but let's start at the top! It's certainly a cosplay worn for several events and I want to say I first saw this in the overall collection of MAGFest photos back in January of this year. I really love how the multiple braid strands are integrated into the blonde wig for starters. I can't tell if they're either part of the wig itself or the blue headband that's wrapped around. In any case, following this is a red scarf wrapped around Irini's neck before you then get to the yellow bikini top. Here, you can also see orange trim lines as part of the piece. Oh, I forgot to mention that the red scarf actually travels all the way down to her legs. These end points then transition to a yellow/orange gradient!

Cosplay Feature: AllieCat Cosplay's Wicke!

Take a trip with me back to the world of Pokemon with today's Feature on AllieCat Cosplay! Here, she's portraying one of the doctors that's part of the Aether Foundation from Sun/Moon. Despite the low amount of photos I have to share with you guys, Allie looks absolutely stunning here. Wicke's design is pretty simple with mainly pink and white taking control here. There's a long sleeved pink shirt serving as the top with the neck area looking like it was added on in the construction. Covering her shoulders, Allie has white fabric with golden 3D triangles. That symbol is synonymous with the Foundation and as such, it's repeated throughout the design.

The remainder of the cosplay is a very long dress of sorts starting from Allie's bust to the white boots that finish off the outfit. On the sides of this dress are golden symbols done in pairs. The 3D shape makes a return down on the shoes' center. The cosplay does one hell of a job showing AllieCat's curves in the photos! Pink glasses adorn her face in addition to a super filled out purple wig. The wig's shape is very circular and looks very voluminous too! As I mentioned at the start, there aren't many photos of this cosplay so this may end up being a short feature ;-;. Pokeballs can be seen as a prop for some of the shots too! The wig I'm pretty sure is also styled by AllieCat as it's one of her cosplay specialties, considering she did a Princess Peach wig for Jenna Lynn Meowri not that long ago!
